Article I: General Provisions and Statutory Limitations

Pursuant to the operational frameworks governing digital licensing, Kraken Anticheat (hereinafter "the Provider") maintains a stringent stance on fiscal reversals. By activating any license tier, the end-user (hereinafter "the Subscriber") acknowledges that the digital nature of the provision constitutes immediate consumption of services, thereby forfeiting standard cooling-off periods, save for the exceptions expressly delineated in Article II.

Article II: Tier-Specific Rescission Windows

The eligibility for a compensatory reversal is contingent upon the tier of the acquired subscription and the verification of a "Substantive Technical Impediment" (STI).

Sub-section A (Basic Tier)

Subscribers under the "Basic" nomenclature are granted a window of twenty-four (24) hours post-transactional finalization to initiate a formal dispute. This window is non-extendable and strictly enforced through automated timestamping.

Sub-section B (Superior/Enterprise Tiers)

Licenses categorized as "Pro," "Enterprise," or otherwise exceeding the "Basic" architecture are afforded a temporal reprieve of seventy-two (72) hours.

Article III: Qualification Criteria for Merit-Based Claims

A refund shall not be triggered by subjective dissatisfaction or lack of utilization. "Merit-based incidents" are narrowly defined as irremediable server-side failures or documented incompatibility with the specified operating environment, provided that such failure was not precipitated by Subscriber-side misconfiguration or third-party interference.

Article IV: Finality of Decision

Kraken Anticheat reserves the unilateral right to determine the validity of a "merited incident." Any refund processed under these terms will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of all license keys associated with the Subscriber's UID.
